Hello Room 1!
I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. We have another short week this week. There is no school on Friday. This is what we will be doing:
LA: Focusing on letters and sight words. We are working very hard on printing neatly and holding our pencils properly.
Math: Focusing on counting numbers and simple addition and subtraction questions. We will be introducing a new fishing math game this week to support our learning.
Communication: This week we are focusing on the words "yes" and "no". We will be practicing using these words as many times as we can. Please try to use them at home too! :)
Sensory: To match our outer space theme this week we are going to be playing with kinesthetic sand. We will be sorting different colored stars in this sand.
